Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are based on the drawings, materials and quantities supplied at the time of enquiry. Changes to scope may affect price and programme.

Orders and delivery

Orders are accepted subject to our standard conditions of sale, which are issued with every quotation and take precedence over any purchaser terms unless agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The Accord Engineering name, logo, site content and imagery remain our property. Drawings you supply remain yours and are treated as confidential.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Other liability is as set out in our conditions of sale.
